The United States Congress passes a the “Bioterrorism Preparedness Act of 2002” Every domestic and foreign food processing facility engaged in manufacturing, processing, packing, or holding food for human and animal consumption in the U.S. must register with the United States Food and Drug Administration.
Every one of the foreign facilities MUST retain a U.S. based agent and MUST REGISTER with the FDA. By registering and retaining AGDE Corporation as your U.S. Agent you will be assured of continued operation.
